SNOW ON GONDOLAS - photo 8

I know that by now some of you are tired of seeing photos from Bacino Orseolo, but this one is exceptional.

Ingo Stahl, our gondolier friend from Wörthsee sent this one and I love it.

The big chunks of snow make it look almost like it was shot in Colorado rather than Venice.

Ingo actually used it for a Christmas card a few years back.

For years I’ve said that
“Most gondola operations are the best kept secret in their town”
As president of the Gondola Society of America, one of my goals is to change that and help people find gondolas wherever they are.
Here is a list of gondola operations in North America:
The fine print -

Some operations are seasonal and may not have boats in the water during winter.
