Alora, mi amici, so qui in La Serenissima!
I'm back in Venice for just a few days.
My apologies to anyone who was here for Vogalonga that I didn't get to see - there were many of you (some who I hoped to see again, others who I'd hoped to finally meet).
As is often the case, when I show up for an event, I end up at the GSVVM the whole time leading up to the event.
I will be in Campo Santa Margherita this evening for dinner and would love to meet and eat with anyone who is here.
You can comment here and let me know you're coming.
We may be doing the same thing tomorrow night as well.
Looking forward to seeing you if you come.

I think it would be interesting to observe Venezia at night, from a rooftop or even a belltower, as the moon is currently full. If anybody is staying in the city now, it may be worth the effort.
