I noticed this gondolier rowing indietro (in reverse).
I shot a few frames and then noticed his white floorboards. 
Most gondolas have red or blue floorboards, but now and then some guy rows by something different.
Unique colors often indicate a privately-owned gondola, and the boat in question sure looks nice enough to be someone's pride and joy.
As much as I like the look of the white floor, I don't envy the guy who has to keep it clean.
