I heard a rumor that Sunset Gondola is celebrating five years of operation. Congrats to Tim Reinard and his great crew of gondoliers on this milestone.
Thanks for the post Greg. July 17 2006 is the day we launched our first gondola "Michela" (built by Constantini and Roberto dei Rossi at San Trovaso). I would need to write a book to cover the journey.
Here I will say that Greg and his "Gondola Blog" have been an enjoyable part of the adventure. While we are semi-distant competitors I bet we get along better than the capo's of San Marco and Orseolo. Ciao Vecio.
