Out on the water tonight,
after a hot day, things cooled down to an optimum temperature,
the winds were just right: not strong enough to make rowing difficult,
but still enough to be refreshing.
The clouds were the kind that really show well
during those post-sunset moments.
As for my passengers, well,
now and then you find yourself rowing people who are:
"just the kind of passengers that you wish you could always have".
Tonight I had those passengers.
Nothing lasts forever, especially the perfect moments,
but when you find yourself experiencing one - enjoy it.
I sure did tonight (and so did my passengers).
